We offer therapy sessions on weekdays Monday - Friday and the last appointment at 6pm on specified days (see below). Subject to availability. If these times don't suit please contact us to arrange a possible alternative.

We recommend after your first session to book consecutive or repeat appointments so that you don't miss out on a preferred time and day. If your preferred day and time is unavailable, we’re happy to put you on our waiting list and notify you of an opening if a cancellation is made.

WHAT IS PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELLING

Psychological counselling can assist us when life's challenges feel overwhelming and gives us the tools to work through these problems.

We are passionate about developing a strong therapeutic relationship with our clients that allows for consistent engagement to work through the core nature of individual issues. We design therapy based on each individual's needs and we identify treatment goals with practical skills from the initial sessions.  We’re trained in a variety of specialised and evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (trauma focussed, TF-CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Techniques, EMDR, Psychotherapy (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Neuro Psychotherapy), Personality integration, Interpersonal therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Couples counselling, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma Aware Movement Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Play Based Therapy and Assessment and Diagnosis.
