Jeniffer is a Registered Psychologist that holds a diverse set of qualifications, including a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Andres Bello University, Chile, a Master's in Psychology of Work and Organisations from the University of Valparaiso, Chile, and a Master's in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Flinders University, Australia.

Across her professional psychological practice, she has worked with Employers Assistance Programs (EAP), private practice, occupational health and academic educational settings. Her experience spans working with children, young people, families and adults, offering treatment for the full range of mental health and wellbeing issues. Jeniffer is also an accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor. Her services cater to children to adults, with expertise in various areas, including PTSD, phobias, OCD, ADHD, ASD, workplace stress, LGBTQIA+, panic attacks, child behavior, EAP, suicide ideation/attempts, and sleep issues.

Jeniffer employs evidence-based treatments like Motivational Interviewing, combining a client-centred and goal-oriented approach to address ambivalence about change. Grounded in psychodynamic principles, she integrates attachment theory, family systems, and present behaviors to foster self-awareness of past influences on present behaviors.

Passionate about promoting health and well-being, Jeniffer has conducted workshops for organisations, providing therapeutic support to support workplace mental health. Her research at Andres Bello University in Chile covered the prevalence of psychological diagnoses in children with attention deficit disorder (ADHD) and drug prevention programs in adolescents. Jeniffer is enthusiastic about helping clients live meaningfully and purposefully.

Through her professional practice she believes in building a strong therapeutic alliance to help individuals attain their goals and fulfil their potential. Jeniffer is excited to be part of a boutique private practice team at Ethos Psychology where she can contribute positively to the broader community. In her spare time Jeniffer enjoys engaging with her connections through the enjoyment of food, togetherness and contributing to the well-being of those around her.
