  • We gather your background history and initial clinical notes to tailor the testing framework to your exact needs

  • Attend 2–3 structured testing appointments (3 hours each) at our calm South Melbourne practice space. These are paced to ensure comfort and accurate data collection

  • Our specialist clinical team spends 4–6 weeks interpreting the data to compile a comprehensive, formalized diagnostic report.

  • A dedicated 1-hour follow-up session to explain the findings, hand over your formal report, and map out clear, actionable next steps for your ongoing care.

Fees & Assessment Turnaround

We believe in upfront, transparent pricing so you can plan your care without unexpected financial barriers.

Total Assessment Fee: $3,000 (Paid upfront prior to the commencement of testing)

What it covers: All clinical testing hours, the final formalised report, and your 1-hour feedback session

Timeline: 4–6 weeks from your final testing session to report completion
