Group Therapy
Connect with Group Therapy Programs in Melbourne
Small, supportive groups designed to complement your healing journey.
Group therapy at Ethos Psychology provides a safe, structured space to develop practical tools, process experiences, and build meaningful connections with others facing similar challenges.
Our specialised, closed-group therapy programs run for 10 weeks with fixed cohorts. This means no new members join mid-way through, ensuring absolute privacy, deep psychological safety, and consistent skill development. All sessions are facilitated by experienced psychologists at our South Melbourne practice and are designed to seamlessly integrate into your ongoing individual treatment plan.
