High Earning Potential

  • Year 1: Typical take-home range of $130 – $143 (Registered Psychologists) and $155 - $170.5 (Clinical Psychologists) per session.

  • Year 2+: Range increases to $143 – $156 (Registered Psychologists) and $170.5 - $186 (Clinical Psychologists) per session.

    Rachel Goh

    DIRECTOR

    As a double Master’s clinical psychologist and former Australian professional swimmer (#661), our founder Rachel Goh brings unique high-performance insight and extensive trauma-informed expertise to Ethos Psychology. She leads a collaborative team dedicated to complex trauma recovery, neurodiversity-affirming care, and evidence-based healing, ensuring every client feels deeply seen, heard, and empowered.

    Jeniffer Munoz

    REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST

    As a trilingual, multi-qualified Registered Psychologist with triple Master’s degrees, Jeniffer Munoz brings extensive international experience across the lifespan to Ethos Psychology. Grounded in psychodynamic principles and motivational interviewing, she provides goal-oriented, neurodivergent-affirming care that empowers South Melbourne clients to live meaningfully and purposefully.

    Zeynep Kor

    REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST

    As a bilingual Clinical Psychology Registrar, Zeynep Kor offers a warm, holistic approach to youth and adult mental health at our Southbank clinic. She specialises in evidence-based DBT/ACT modalities, comprehensive neuroaffirming NDIS assessments, and perinatal attachment issues, fostering deep self-awareness and authentic connection.

    REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST

    With over two decades of deep counselling and clinical expertise, Registered Psychologist Eric Burnet provides a calm, steady space for adults navigating complex life transitions. Practicing at Southbank, he integrates evidence-based CBT and psychodynamic processes to support individuals working through complex trauma, addiction, and workplace stress.
