I'm a registered psychologist (AHPRA) with a Masters degree in Psychology and a member of the AAPi and APS. I work with children, adolescents and adults working through the complexity of their needs. Over my professional psychological practice, I've worked in a community health (clinical and forensic) and TAFE educational setting working with a broad range of issues; including depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, drug and alcohol related issues, psychotic disorders, relationship issues, gender identity problems, intellectual disabilities and trauma. My current work specialises in family violence related issues and individuals/families in crisis e.g. homelessness. I have a particular interest and experience in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder.

I'm passionate about developing a strong therapeutic relationship with consistent engagement to work through the core nature of individual issues. I'm trained in a variety of specialised and evidence-based interventions including CBT (trauma focussed), psychotherapy, brief psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness and solution focussed therapy. With my background as a professional athlete, I bring unique experience in the management of performance pressures and building self-confidence. I endeavour to promote self-awareness, empowerment and produce positive outcomes while in a safe and supportive environment.

I'm also able to provide assessments and reports for legal purposes such as family court, visa/immigration issues, letters of support, VOCAT and Department of Health and Human Services documents.
