Standard Session Fee and Medicare Rebates

Standard sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Sessions can be paid before or after your session and payable via cash, card or bank transfer. Rates are as at 1st June 2026.

Medicare Rebate Eligibility

A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and a referral letteris required for the medicare rebate. Speak with your GP to organise.

Medicare rebates can be processed after session payment or you can claim through Medicare on the MyGov app. Other options include visiting a Medicare Office or retaining a receipt and completing a Medicare Claim Form.

Private Health Cover

Rebates between providers vary. We recommend contacting your provider directly to discuss rebate eligibility.

Work Cover, TAC, Victims Assistance Program (VAP), and NDIS

Ethos Psychologists are registered provider for Work Cover, TAC, Victims Assistance Program (VAP) and the NDIS. Please contact us to discuss.

Hardship Considerations

Psychological Assessment

Comprehensive, formalised diagnostic testing for children, adolescents, and adults utilising gold-standard tools guided by DSM-5-TR and ICD-11 criteria. Our experienced clinical team conducts rigorous testing for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), cognitive functioning, and personality profiles to deliver detailed, evidence-based reports that outline clear treatment pathways and professional recommendations.

Concierge Service

Highly discreet, premium psychological care tailored explicitly for executives, public figures, medical specialists, and high-performing professionals. Led by Clinical Director Rachel Goh, this exclusive model provides enhanced access, flexible extended appointments, and deeply individualised treatment plans designed to balance intense professional pressure with personal resilience and mental well-being.

Group Therapy

Specialised, closed 10-session programs designed to seamlessly complement individual therapy under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Curated to foster connection and safety, our evidence-based intakes include dedicated Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills groups, Neurodiverse-Affirming DBT groups, and trauma-aware mindful movement sessions utilising nervous system regulation.

Supporting Documentation

Professional letters and comprehensive reports prepared with clinical consideration for legal matters, educational settings, workplaces, and institutional healthcare support. Our psychologists draft trusted documentation - including letters of support, VOCAT reports, and Personality Assessment Inventories (PAI)- tailored precisely to satisfy the administrative complexity of your specific requirements.

Psychologist Hourly Rate

Documentation and report services are available for engaged clients only. If you require supporting documentation for your session an additional fee may be applied. The additional fee covers the time consideration outside of your appointment to professionally prepare these documents. Some examples of these documents include attendance letters, letters of support, VOCAT reports, Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI), and cancellations and no shows. The exact fee will be discussed prior to, depending on your requirements.
